In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pka33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pka33 platform and its operating entity, accessible at pka33.bet.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pka33 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the pka33 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any future application or software through which pka33 services are delivered.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the pka33 registration process.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited into or held within a player's pka33 account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus PKR amounts credited to an account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" means the actual PKR deposited by the player, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Gaming License" means the internationally recognised license under which pka33 is authorised to offer online betting and casino services.
• "PSL" refers to the Pakistan Super League, the premier T20 cricket competition operated in Pakistan.

By accessing the pka33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pka33 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of pka33 following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any ambiguity or translation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

To be eligible to register and use pka33, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. pka33 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing pka33 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by pka33 or by any recognised responsible gambling body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of pka33, nor an immediate family member or household member of such persons, when it comes to participating in any promotional offer.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

pka33 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

To access the full range of pka33 services, including cricket betting markets, PSL live in-play wagering, live casino tables, and slot games, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pka33 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using different identities, is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. pka33 is under no obligation to accept registration from any applicant.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pka33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information current. pka33 may send important account and compliance notifications to your registered contact details.
• KYC Compliance: pka33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification at any stage.

All financial transactions on pka33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pka33 supports a range of local payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and other cities.

Deposits:

• Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your pka33 account balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically near-instant for mobile wallet transfers.
• pka33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible.
• Before a withdrawal is approved, pka33 may require completion of KYC verification, confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met, and review of account activity.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed on the cashier page.
• pka33 targets withdrawal processing within 24 to 72 hours of a verified request, subject to the player's chosen payment method timeline.
• pka33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

pka33 offers a variety of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, and PSL season special offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new registered players for welcome offers and to existing players for ongoing promotions.
• Each bonus carries a specified wagering requirement, which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Bonus Funds and Real Funds are tracked separately within your account. Real Funds are used and withdrawn first, followed by Bonus Funds.
• pka33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, syndicated betting, or exploitation of promotional terms — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
• Free bet credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only net winnings derived from free bets are eligible for withdrawal, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the pka33 platform, including cricket betting, PSL in-play markets, live casino, slots, Astar Live, and Captain Fisher:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pka33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers, except where expressly permitted by specific game or market rules.
• pka33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been suspended, closed in error, or affected by a technical fault, at its sole discretion.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during the course of a match or event without notice. pka33 bears no liability for connection interruptions preventing a player from placing or amending a live bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market, per event, and per account, as displayed within the betting interface.
• All casino games, including those in the pka33 slots and live casino section, use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories.
• pka33 may apply account-level stake restrictions where unusual betting patterns, match-fixing risk indicators, or other compliance concerns are identified.
• The pka33 platform may experience scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. During maintenance windows, betting and gaming services may be temporarily unavailable. pka33 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pka33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or in any subsequent communication with pka33.
• Using the pka33 platform for any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sport, including PSL and other cricket events available on pka33.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate casino game outcomes.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another person to operate your pka33 account.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties in exchange for payment or as an agent.

pka33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity, age, or payment verification requirements within specified timeframes.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Identification of a duplicate or fraudulently created account.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure under pka33's Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pka33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, remaining Real Funds will be returned via the player's registered payment method after KYC verification is complete.

pka33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players across Pakistan. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account via the account settings panel.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure session duration reminders to help you track time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling may request a full self-exclusion, blocking access to the pka33 platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at regular intervals reminding you of your session duration and net position.

All content on the pka33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of pka33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the pka33 platform without express written permission from pka33.
• The pka33 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the pka33 operating entity. Unauthorised use of pka33 branding is strictly prohibited.
• Game content, including slot titles and live casino interfaces, is licensed from third-party providers and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pka33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pka33 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the pka33 platform.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, network failures, or connectivity issues beyond pka33's reasonable control that prevent access to the platform or result in bet cancellations.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any reliance placed on odds, statistics, or information provided on the pka33 platform for purposes other than personal entertainment wagering.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners, where such actions are outside pka33's direct operational control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, pka33's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pka33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pka33 will notify registered players via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the pka33 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using pka33 and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pka33 recommends checking this page at the start of each PSL season and at any other time you are notified of an update.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka33 holds its internationally recognised gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the pka33 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact pka33 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pka33 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within thirty (30) days.

Players who remain dissatisfied after pka33's internal complaints process has been exhausted may escalate their complaint to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body applicable under pka33's gaming license.
